Earned her PhD in Law from the University of La Laguna (2023) and is currently a Lecturer and Researcher (PDI) in the Department of Commercial Law at the same university. Her research focuses on the nature of legal personality and its practical application to various legal challenges, such as companies in dissolution, the rights of nature, and AI. Additionally, she conducts research on corporate governance issues, including gender parity on boards of directors, and insolvency law, specifically the discharge of unsettled liabilities. Since 2023, she has held the position of Academic Secretary of the Doctoral and Postgraduate School at the ULL.
