The Association of Young Researchers of Tenerife (JINTE) and the Escuela de Doctorado y Estudios de Posgrado (EDEP) of the University of La Laguna are co-organizing the 4th International Congress of Young Researchers on October 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 2026. The aim of this congress is to highlight the advances and contributions of young researchers across the various fields of knowledge and to share them with the scientific community at both national and international levels. It is an event that promotes unity, dialogue, and exchange among young people in order to encourage collaboration and foster the advancement of science in society.
Researchers are therefore encouraged to join and share their work in this cross-disciplinary forum. Contributions are welcome from all stages of the research career and from all areas of knowledge.
In this edition, the facilities hosting the scientific outreach activities will be the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism at the Guajara Campus of the University of La Laguna, Tenerife, Spain, and participation will be exclusively in person. During the congress, the first two days (October 1st and 2nd) will be dedicated to oral presentations and poster sessions, while the final day will focus on participation in sociocultural activities in a more relaxed atmosphere.
The 4th International Congress of Young Researchers is the sixth congress organized by JINTE. The first two editions were held within the Canary Islands, and since 2020 it has expanded to the national and international level, becoming a well-established reference meeting among young researchers. In the most recent edition, the event achieved great success, with more than 250 contributions submitted.
