Graduated in Law from the University of La Laguna with an Extraordinary End-of-Degree Award, and holds Master’s Degrees in Tax Advisory and International Taxation from the International University of La Rioja. He is currently completing his doctoral thesis in the PhD in Law program at the University of La Laguna. His research focuses on international and digital taxation, as well as the Economic and Fiscal Regime of the Canary Islands. He has participated as a lecturer and researcher in university extension courses, conferences, and scientific workshops. He is also a board member of the Association of Young Researchers in Tenerife (JINTE) and, among other responsibilities, supports and advises the Labor Rights Commission.
