Holds degrees in Geography and Spatial Planning from the ULL, International Relations from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC), and Digital Design and Creation from the UOC. He also completed a Master’s Degree in Teacher Training at the National University of Distance Education (UNED). He received the Extraordinary End-of-Degree Award and the Degree Excellence Award from the ULL, as well as the National Award at the 2022 Arquímedes Competition granted by the Spanish Ministry of Universities. He is currently a predoctoral researcher at the Chair for Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilient Cities of the ULL and a member of the GEORIESGOS Research Group. He has authored several scientific publications on climatology, focusing on the relationship between climate and health, as well as disaster risk management. In 2025, he completed a research stay at the University of Oxford. He currently teaches in the Geography and Environmental Sciences degree programs at the University of La Laguna.
