Each registered participant may submit only one communication, either in oral or poster format. However, they may be listed as a co-author on communications submitted by other participants.
In the case of abstracts with multiple authors, only one individual should complete the registration process in order to avoid duplication in administration.
Applicants requesting an oral presentation may be reassigned to poster format if the maximum number of oral presentations is exceeded, based on the evaluation carried out by the Scientific Committee.
The deadline for abstract submission is Friday, 18 May 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+0, Canary Islands).
Abstracts must be submitted in both Spanish and English (both are mandatory).
Each abstract must not exceed 300 words per language.
Submissions must be made via the form available on this webpage under the section “Information for Authors” – “Submission of Communications”.
Accepted oral communications must be presented within a maximum duration of 8 minutes, and the use of up to 15 slides is recommended. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentations.
It is recommended that the content be structured according to the standard sections of scientific work, including introduction, objectives, materials and methods, results and discussion, and conclusion.
The congress logo must be included in both oral presentations and posters: link to the folder containing the logo versions
The poster must measure 80 × 120 cm (DIN A0) and be designed in a format that ensures readability from an approximate distance of 1.5 metres. Inclusion of the congress logo is mandatory.
It is recommended that the content be structured as follows: introduction and objectives, materials and methods, results, and conclusions. As guidance, the use of Arial or a similar typeface is suggested, with font sizes appropriate to ensure legibility. Further information will be provided upon acceptance of the communication in poster format.
The congress logo must be included in both oral presentations and posters: link to where the versions created for this edition of the congress can be found.
The Congress registration fee includes access to the lectures, poster sessions, and refreshments provided between sessions. Payment may be made following acceptance of the abstract until 15 July (presenting authors) and until 31 July 2026 (non-presenting attendees).
