The Congress registration fee includes access to the lectures, poster sessions, and refreshments provided between sessions. Payment may be made following acceptance of the abstract until 16 July (presenting authors) and until 31 July 2026 (non-presenting attendees). Presenters are defined as those who have received an email confirming the acceptance of their presentation at the congress.

Requirements for Obtaining Certificates
To obtain the certificate of attendance, participants must have attended at least three of the four scheduled time blocks during the Scientific Conference. Attendance will be verified through the control system established by the organization.
To obtain the certificate corresponding to an oral presentation or poster, it is essential that the author or presenter is present at the location and time assigned in the official program.
Non-compliance with these conditions will prevent the issuance of the corresponding certificate.
